Steady pace again for the run down and along the canal. Testing the time lapse recording feature on the Go Pro Hero 5 with the Chesty strap.
Weather is great today, nice and sunny, with a light breeze to take the edge off. Also managed to knock 30 seconds off my previous best time for this route, without even trying.
As for the video, it’s still pretty unusable, due to the amount of movement in the torso while running……so a head strap is on order and will be here tomorrow.
