These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GoAnd.Run ("the Service"), operated by GoAnd.Run ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GoAnd.Run is an AI-powered running coaching platform. The Service connects to third-party fitness platforms (including Strava and Oura) to import your activity and health data, and uses AI to generate personalised training plans, coaching feedback, and recovery-informed recommendations.
GoAnd.Run is operated by mattwservices.co.uk, a UK partnership. The Service is offered in two tiers: a free plan and a paid "Coach" subscription (see Section 4). We reserve the right to refuse service or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

By connecting your Strava account, you authorise us to access your activity data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Strava is also subject to Strava's Terms of Service. You may disconnect Strava at any time from your dashboard.
By connecting your Oura ring, you authorise us to access your health and wellness data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Oura is also subject to Oura's Terms of Service. You may disconnect Oura at any time from your dashboard.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs or terms may affect features of GoAnd.Run.
The Service is offered in two tiers: Free (£0) and Coach (£3.99 per month). Frontier members, a closed group of pre-launch test users, receive Coach-equivalent access at no cost as a permanent grandfather benefit.
Coach subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by Stripe, our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month until cancelled. All prices are shown in GBP and are final — no VAT is charged.
By subscribing to Coach, you expressly consent to immediate access to the paid digital content (training plans, AI feedback, and all other Coach features) and acknowledge that this consent waives your 14-day right of cancellation under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You remain free to cancel at any time (see below), but charges already incurred for the current billing period are non-refundable.
You can cancel your Coach subscription at any time from the Stripe-hosted billing portal, accessible from the in-app profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain Coach access until that date. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge. If the payment cannot be recovered, your subscription will move to a "past due" state and Coach access will pause until payment is restored. Your data is not deleted during this period.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any change will be communicated by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Coach plan after the change indicates acceptance of the new price. If you do not accept the change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
If you delete your account, any active Coach subscription is cancelled immediately and we delete your Stripe customer record. You are responsible for ensuring you have no outstanding balance at the time of deletion.
GoAnd.Run provides AI-generated coaching guidance, not medical or professional athletic advice.
Training plans, session feedback, and recovery recommendations are generated by AI based on your data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or suggestions that are not appropriate for your individual circumstances.
We are not liable for any injury, health issue, or adverse outcome resulting from following AI-generated training advice.

The GoAnd.Run service, including its design, code, and AI coaching methodology, is our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your personal data and any data imported from third-party services.
AI-generated training plans and coaching feedback are provided for your personal use within the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.
We strive to keep GoAnd.Run available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoAnd.Run is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages from reliance on AI-generated coaching content.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion, with notice where practicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of GoAnd.Run after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
