GoAnd.Run is an AI-powered running coaching platform. The Service connects to third-party fitness platforms (including Strava and Oura) to import your activity and health data, and uses AI to generate personalised training plans, coaching feedback, and recovery-informed recommendations.

GoAnd.Run is currently an invite-only service. Access is granted at our discretion.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs or terms may affect features of GoAnd.Run.

GoAnd.Run provides AI-generated coaching guidance, not medical or professional athletic advice.

Training plans, session feedback, and recovery recommendations are generated by AI based on your data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or suggestions that are not appropriate for your individual circumstances.

• Always listen to your body and use your own judgement
• Consult a medical professional before starting or changing a training programme, especially if you have health conditions
• Do not rely solely on AI coaching for decisions about injury management or health concerns
• Recovery and readiness data from Oura is informational and should not replace professional medical advice

We are not liable for any injury, health issue, or adverse outcome resulting from following AI-generated training advice.

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others or allow unauthorised access
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure

The GoAnd.Run service, including its design, code, and AI coaching methodology, is our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your personal data and any data imported from third-party services.

AI-generated training plans and coaching feedback are provided for your personal use within the Service.

We strive to keep GoAnd.Run available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoAnd.Run is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages from reliance on AI-generated coaching content.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion, with notice where practicable.
