Well, after mentioning going out for a run today here: https://goand.run/calf-injury/ I ventured out. Weather was terrible, but it was great to be out and on my feet again.
Took it nice and slow (6m/km) and no issues with any pain in my calf. It still felt a little sore, but was certainly manageable.
Went out in my trusty pair of Cloudsurfer which I’ve clocked over 500km on, and they felt good. Hopefully be able to start building distance and speed back up, and have another physio session on Monday night.
