This was a tester run to see how the Go Pro handled capturing footage on the chest strap (wanted to make the run a little more scenic). Managed to maintain a decent pace throughout, and felt really good
Another 12 hour day shift, so managed to fit in steady 5KM Run before having to pop home and let the dog out. Weather was spot on, overcast and cool with not much breeze. Ran in the Cloudracer trainers.
